The Role – Full-Time House Coordinator
Full-time, permanent | 37.5 hours per week | £31, per annum
5. Overall responsibility for the household of 9 residents, ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for residents.
6. Lead, supervise, and support residential staff and volunteers, including appraisals, training, rotas, and development.
7. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, medication management, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
8. Manage household and resident finances in line with policies and procedures.
9. Work collaboratively with residents, families, guardians, social workers, and internal teams.
10. Participate in shift work, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, while balancing administrative and compliance responsibilities.
11. Promote Camphill Home Making, creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy meaningful daily routines.

Requirements
20. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in learning disability care
21. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role
22. Relevant qualification (SVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent), or willingness to work towards this
23. SSSC registration
24. PVG membership
25. Full manual driving licence
