We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Area Sales Manager to drive growth across both new and reconditioned pallet sales and packaging, while developing long-term customer partnerships and supporting procurement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer relationships
2. Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profit targets
3. Develop existing accounts through contracts, stock holding agreements, and value-added solutions
4. Work closely with customers to gather forecast information and support operational planning
5. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Planning, Commercial, and Site Operations
6. Support promotional and networking activities, including LinkedIn and industry engagement
