A well‑established engineering business in Ferndown is looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to its team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner Programmer who is confident setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes within a precision engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Programme, set, and operate CNC turning machines
* Work with live tooling and multi‑axis lathes where required
* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
* Carry out first‑off and in‑process inspections using measuring equipment
* Make programme and offset adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
* Ensure machines are set up and running efficiently to meet production targets
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Turner Programmer
* Strong ability to set, operate, and programme CNC lathes
* Experience with live tooling and/or multi‑axis machines
* Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Desirable Experience
* Experience with Fanuc or similar controls
* Background in precision engineering environments
* Experience working with tight tolerances and complex components
