Responsibilities:
* Lead or assist in bid management, from initial engagement to bid submission, coordinating various teams across the organization.
* Drive bid production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Support sales efforts by developing and maintaining bid documentation and assisting in proposal production.
* 2-4 years' bid management experience in the space industry.
* Proficiency in managing bids of various sizes and complexities.
* Strong sales and marketing acumen to construct competitive yet achievable bids.
* Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Deep understanding of the space industry and passion for space exploration.
* Postgraduate degree in engineering or related field.
* Experience in domains such as in-orbit servicing or space situational awareness.
* Commercial awareness and project management expertise.
* Familiarity with UKSA or ESA ecosystem and bidding processes.
