Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing - Staffordshire - £43,500Monday to Friday (Rotating weekly shift pattern - Early, Days, Lates)About the CompanyOur client is an established independent manufacturing business that is looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team, keeping our production lines moving and our equipment running at peak performance.As our Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in both pre-planned and reactive maintenance of a wide range of production machinery.Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Requirements
* You’re a multi-skilled engineer with a nationally recognised apprenticeship or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering.
* Experience in supervisory roles within maintenance teams.
* Knowledge of electrical energy technology, PLC, and SCADA systems.
* Hands-on experience using CMMS software.
* A current counter-balance FLT licence.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly.
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance needs, reducing downtime.
* Contribute to capital expenditure and continuous improvement projects.
* Communicate with production teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies.
* Maintain high 5S standards in your work areas.
