We are delighted to invite applicants to join our team on a zero-hours contract, tutoring on a 1:1 basis in Maths. The role requires working as a 1:1 tutor to ensure high-quality and impactful tuition to a select number of students. Tutoring will be delivered during the day, and after school within our school setting.

The role
* The role requires working on a 1:1 basis to ensure high-quality and impactful tuition.
* Work with students in a personalised tutoring session, supporting individual students with their specific educational requirements, in order to enable them to achieve their academic goals.
* To work towards all pupils becoming fully engaged with the learning opportunities afforded by the Academy.
* Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
* To liaise with classroom teachers and curriculum leaders to identify focus areas for intervention.
* To provide objective and accurate feedback to teachers
* To understand and comply with the statutory guidance regarding safeguarding of children, always ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of children’s welfare, reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Officer immediately.
