Counter Lead - Bobbi Brown - Boots Cardiff - 22.5 hrs
The Counter Lead is responsible for supporting the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share, with a consumer-focused approach. This role is associated with The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and is part-time (22.5 hours).
Responsibilities
* Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times
* Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards
* Contribute to efficiencies by adhering to store/Brand/Company procedures and guidelines
* Understand daily/weekly targets
* Maintain awareness of all additional sales avenues (e.g., events, Omni and digital channels)
* Keep up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunities
* Utilise social media opportunities to drive the business and protect/enhance the Brand image
* Deliver the Brand Strategy with an effective local plan
* Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives aligned to retailer activity
* Deliver excellence in service, continually improving service levels and fostering a zero-complaints culture
* Be an Ambassador for the Brand and ensure Brand values are represented
* Manage refunds and complaints per Company guidelines, consulting the Area Manager when appropriate
* Use digital tools to keep knowledge up to date
* Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy
* Develop up-to-date product knowledge to ensure an industry-leading experience
* Maintain excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing)
* Review retail standards daily to ensure they are maintained
* Ensure deliveries, stock movements and related administration are completed within Company timeframes
* Follow auditable processes and take corrective action where needed
* Fulfill information requests accurately by deadlines
* Minimise stock loss by following Security Policies and Procedures
* Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to Company and Retailer policies
* Achieve a minimum overall grading of Acceptable during audits
Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or customer-facing environment
* Ability to drive self-development
* Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry
* Effective communication, organization and prioritization skills
