Job summary


Are you a qualified nurse looking to take a new step in your nursing career?

Our Nurses are real life health care heroes, and we are seeking compassionate people with experience of working in a hospital environment to join our integrated trust.

This opportunity is for an experienced health care professional that would like to work in a multidisciplinary setting. Although this is a non patient facing role, you can expect a range of challenges and no day is the same We are open 7 days a week and our hours are including all bank holidays.

As a fully integrated trust, we can offer a collaborative approach to your career with us, meaning if you so choose, there would be opportunities to rotate across all sites and directorates to ensure your skills and knowledge are as broad as they possibly can be. You are the greatest investment we can make.

We value our RGNs highly, so development and training within this role will be offered and prioritised. There is an expectation that hours are worked flexibly over a rota basis which does include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will require good communication skills, a team work approach and be able provide a high standard of nursing care with the support of your team.

Main duties, tasks & skills required


To provide and maintain a high standard of evidence based, patient centred care. To demonstrate good interpersonal skills and to develop skills required within the speciality, whist reflecting the philosophy of care.

To deliver patient care on a daily basis, using the systems in place in the department for a multi-disciplinary approach to patient-centred care delivery, which builds on the philosophy of greater involvement of patients and their relatives/carers by using the Trusts patient and public involvement strategy.
