Job Title: Event Designer
Location: Royal Botanical Garden Edinburgh, 20A Inverleith Row, Edinburgh, EH3 5NZ
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum + Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

In this entry‑level role, you’ll support the planning and delivery of small to medium‑sized events, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and care. You’ll play a key part in pricing, coordinating, and communicating event requirements, while maintaining high service standards and contributing to commercial success.

What You’ll Do:
* Ensure venue budgetary targets remain a key focus
* Maintain standards in all event planning
* Responsible for invoicing and prepayments
* Utilise system for pricing and planning events
* Work as part of the Operational team as and when the business requires
* Build relationships with key Client Principles within each venue
* As a core member of the Heritage Portfolio team, be an ambassador both internally and externally
* Conduct day to day business in an appropriate manner and within the agreed contractual terms
