Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford, Applications are invited for a Research Assistant to work with Professor Cicely Marston on tasks relating to building up and carrying out research in health equity, sexual and reproductive health, intersectionality, and knowledge co-production. The successful applicant will support research development activities ad hoc on an hourly basis as needed, up to a maximum of one day per week. Responsibilities will include helping organise meetings, supporting grant proposal writing, and other research and administrative tasks as agreed between the post holder and Prof Marston. You will be working towards a doctorate in a relevant specialist discipline and possess enough interest in the work and topic areas to support the work. You will have good communication skills, time management, and attention to detail. You will be able to manage your own activities. You will be based in the Radcliffe Primary Care building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work but you will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.
