We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected regional civil engineering and highways contractor with decades of experience delivering infrastructure projects across the South West. The business specialises in highways construction, maintenance, Section 278 works, drainage, surfacing, public realm improvements, and infrastructure upgrades, operating across both local authority frameworks and private developments. Known for its strong self-delivery capability and hands-on management approach, the company continues to secure long-term highways schemes throughout the region. Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Highways Site Agent to oversee projects from planning through to completion. The Role As Site Agent, you will take full operational responsibility for the delivery of highways schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
