Rate: £34 – £39 per hour
About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is looking for a committed and skilled Band 8a Pharmacist to enhance our team. This role offers an excellent chance for a proficient professional to make a significant impact on our pharmacy services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care through effective collaboration and teamwork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Manage and oversee the use of medications within the hospital.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Essential: Up to date GPhC registration.
* Essential: Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
* Essential: Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
* Desirable: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
