This vacancy is for various 1:1 Teaching Assistant roles, due to funding relating to an EHCP.
We are currently seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with children with high needs linked to their EHCP’s, for various hours Monday to Friday – Term Time only.
The successful candidates will join our experienced team in supporting the child with accessing the school day, and following routines linked to their EHCP.
All candidates will be required to:
1. Have Maths and English to GCSE level C,
2. Have a passion for working with children
3. Have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with children, parents and co-workers.
4. An interest in Special Needs is essential.
5. Working with Primary aged children is desirable
6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding and welfare procedures
7. Be energetic, proactive, self-motivated and have attention to detail
8. Ability to speak clear English.
