A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Provide professional first-line technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely, addressing hardware and software issues. All support interactions and resolutions will be meticulously documented within the FreshService management system.
2. Assist ICT Technicians in the execution of various maintenance procedures, including hardware repairs, software upgrades, and the implementation of scripts, as directed by senior team members.
3. Demonstrate a commitment to professional development by actively engaging with the assigned Skills Coach and completing all Apprenticeship learning and development tasks in a timely manner to ensure the successful attainment of the qualification.
