We are a dynamic engineering business working exclusively in the aerospace market for major airlines and manufacturers. Our head office is based in Poole, Dorset, with additional offices and workshops at key aerospace hubs in the UK.
We are currently looking for a vibrant, driven, and focused individual to join our team as an HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator. This key role involves managing the recruitment process from start to finish and participating in HR projects, reporting to the Management Team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading end-to-end recruitment, including managing vacancies, careers events, and onboarding.
2. Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media, creating engaging adverts.
3. Shortlisting candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
4. Ensuring candidates meet qualifications and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
5. Maintaining accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
6. Upskilling hiring managers on interview techniques.
7. Providing HR advice and support across the business, collaborating with outsourced HR support.
8. Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
9. Supporting the wider management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate requirements:
* Positive personality and proactive attitude.
* HR/recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Highly organized with multitasking skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Email, Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Effective communicator at all levels.
* Full clean driving license and right to work in the UK.
