Job Title: Community Coordinator - Overview
The Private Coin Exchange (PCE) is a community-driven platform designed for participants in the digital asset (DLT) space. As a Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing your own network of members within the PCE ecosystem.
This is a relationship-led role suited to individuals with an interest in crypto, financial structuring, and high-value client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Building & Growth
* Identify, engage, and onboard new members into the PCE platform
* Build and manage your own community of digital asset holders
* Develop relationships with investors, traders, and crypto participants
* Educate prospects on the PCE platform and its value proposition
2. Client Engagement & Education
* Explain the PCE structure, onboarding process, and membership options
Guide prospective members through:
* Business Transfer Agreement
* Right to Manage contract
* Platform onboarding process
* Communicate key concepts around crypto ownership, reporting, and evolving regulatory frameworks
3. Brand & Network Development
* Position yourself as a trusted contact within the digital asset space
* Leverage personal networks, online presence, and partnerships
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong networking and relationship-building ability
* Commercial mindset with a focus on long-term income generation
Interest or experience in:
* Cryptocurrency / digital assets
* Finance, wealth structuring, or alternative investments
* Confident communicator, able to explain complex concepts clearly
* Self-starter with the ability to build and manage a community independently
Compensation & Structure
* Performance-based earnings:
* 33% share of revenues
* Recurring income model tied to member retention and growth
