Equans is looking for a Fabric Operative to join our team in Brighton. This is a full-time role. On offer is a salary of £30, dependent upon skills and experience, and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
1. Perform painting, plumbing, and fabric repairs across university buildings
2. Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks as directed
3. Maintain accurate records and update the CAFM system (Maximo)
4. Follow Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
