1. £50000+ per year, complete on-target earnings
2. £22000 to £25000 basic salary, dependent on experience

A day in the life of a Branch Manager
10. Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
11. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
12. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
13. Encourage your teams development and progression
14. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
15. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
16. Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
17. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
18. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills of a Branch Manager
19. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
20. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
21. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
22. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
23. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
24. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
25. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
26. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
27. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
28. Ability to work under own initiative
29. Good telephone manner
30. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
