About the Role
We're looking for an experienced professional to oversee teams responsible for information systems and print & distribution. You'll play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships, supporting digital initiatives, and ensuring effective service delivery across a broad and dynamic remit.
This is a varied and collaborative role, working closely with colleagues across ICT and other departments. Your leadership will help ensure that services run smoothly and efficiently, and that both internal and external customers receive excellent support.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting two small teams to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
* Delivering key initiatives across the organisation, either independently, within your team, or in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Ensuring structured, well-organised delivery of data updates and print resources, with outcomes that have a visible impact across the region.
* Contributing to ICT service delivery by supporting smaller digital projects, including aspects of testing and rollout.
* Monitoring and maintaining revenue-generating activities related to information and print services.
* Ensuring websites, apps, and display data are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with high standards of data integrity.
* Playing a vital part in improving how the organisation serves its customers and communities.
