Role overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. With opportunities for career development, JD Group is the place for motivated individuals interested in growth.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have a great experience, and understanding our customer service standards.
* Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, promoting our full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
* Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, keeping the shop floor clean, stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
* Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
* Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
* Keep stock levels on the shop floor replenished and shelves organized.
* Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Role objectives and KPIs:
* Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store’s monthly sales target.
* Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
* Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished and well-organized.
