Senior Customer Success Manager - ELT, Data and AI SaaS
Up to £65k base + 25% OTE

The Role
* This role entails all of the classical elements of CS and AM including - renewals, upselling, day2day management, working with team for implementation, onboarding, talking data strategies, QBRs etc
* Talking to CFO, C'suite, commercial director and marketing directors on the commercial level,
* This is also a technical role as on the day2day level you're talking and working with data & data analyst teams - you will be talking data alot!
* Working with c.30 accounts, 1-2m BoB
Requirements
* You must have at least 3+ years SaaS Customer Success experience - ideally closer to 5-6 years
* You must be technical and have a great understanding of of data/AI
* You must also come from a data heavy SaaS solution
* Knowledge of SQL and data bases
* Interest in data & AI
* Can come into the London office 2 days a week
* Great written and verbal communication skills
