With the majority of their work being within the commercial and public sectors, they offer services ranging from new builds, refurbishments, ground maintenance, to soft and hard landscaping providing expertise to a range of clients. Due to recently winning a number of contracts within the social housing sector, they are now looking to add to their dynamic team with a great opportunity.Within this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will be predominantly based out of their office with occasional site visits across Buckinghamshire. In this role, your main responsibility will be to manage their social housing contracts, overseeing multiple projects from cradle to grave. Once jobs are quoted, you will be responsible for organising materials and labour for the projects, as well as liaising with tenants to get the work booked in. While the projects are running, you will ensure they are kept to customer specifications to maintain total satisfaction. You will also ensure they are completed within the given timeframe and budget to uphold the company's high service standards.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated Contracts Manager with strong experience writing method statements and risk assessments to ensure work is completed safely and to a high quality.
