We are looking for a Workplace Ambassador to join our Rapport team in Canary Wharf, supporting an innovative professional services environment where people come together to collaborate, create and problem‑solve. This role is all about presence, confidence and care. You will be the welcoming face of the Tech Centre, keeping the space running smoothly and ensuring everyone who walks through the door feels supported and valued.
Although you will be part of a wider team, you will share the responsibilities on the floor with another Ambassador, taking ownership of daily operations, assisting with meetings and events, and coordinating with other service partners to maintain excellent standards. This is a role for someone who notices the details, enjoys building genuine relationships and thrives in a space where every day brings something new.
The successful candidate will hold the job title of Ignition Concierge.
Type of contract: Full‑time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 5:30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
* Welcome all visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
* Support clients with orientation around the tech spaces and available services.
* Maintain the reception and communal areas, keeping them tidy, well‑presented and fully stocked.
* Coordinate meeting room support, including hospitality, equipment and last‑minute requests.
* Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues and service partners.
* Share knowledge of the centre’s purpose, services and digital technology in a confident, accessible way.
* Record essential information accurately and elevate feedback or issues when needed.
* Uphold health, safety and service standards at all times, contributing to continuous improvement.
* Support clients with basic AV troubleshooting, ensuring meetings and events run smoothly.
