Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
Supervise the completion of work set by the subject leader
Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom.
Work collaboratively with other members of staff to foster an inclusive environment where all students feel safe and confident.The ideal candidate
Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in and educational capacity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well organised with good attention to detail
