Food & Beverage Operations Manager Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (Eglantine Avenue) Permanent C ontract: Full-time | 40-45 hours per week (Monday-Sunday, rota-based) Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded hotel in Belfast to recruit a Food & Beverage Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and forward-thinking hospitality business in a leadership role, overseeing daily operations across a vibrant bar, restaurant, and busy events space. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across all food and beverage areas, ensuring seamless service delivery. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest service and hospitality standards. Support menu development, supplier relationships, and stock management. Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing Food & Beverage team. Implement and uphold SOPs, departmental policies, and performance targets. Drive operational efficiency and profitability. Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and accountability. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on KPIs. About You Proven experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role within a busy hospitality environment. Strong operational knowledge of restaurant, bar, and event functions. Excellent leadership and people management skills with a commercial mindset. Strong communication, organisational, and financial management abilities. Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physically able to work on your feet for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
