Our client is not just running children's homes – they're building brighter futures. This is a rare opportunity for a bold, compassionate Registered Service Manager to take charge of two solo homes (each supporting one child at a time with 2:1 care).

What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading two solo homes, creating safe and supportive environments for children with complex needs
* Recruiting, inspiring and developing your team to deliver outstanding care
* Ensuring homes meet and exceed regulatory and Ofsted standards
* Working collaboratively with external professionals to achieve the best outcomes
* Embedding a high-quality, therapeutic approach from day one

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 12 months' experience managing a children's home
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Knowledge of SCCIF, Children's Homes Regs & Quality Standards
* Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport
* Resilient, trauma-informed approach with genuine compassion
