We’re looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team of five, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations across our supply chain.
As our Customer Support Coordinator, you will:
5. Be the key point of contact for customers placing orders
6. Accurately process sales contracts and ensure timely delivery
7. Coordinate with logistics providers to book transport and negotiate competitive rates
8. Prepare shipping and export documentation
9. Collaborate with our operations team to meet customer delivery expectations
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records
11. Handle urgent order requests, manage stock holdings, and process sample orders
12. Support continuous improvement in workflow and customer satisfaction
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
16. Experience using CRM or ERP systems
17. A proactive, adaptable team player who can also work independently
18. Excellent time management and a flexible, can-do attitude
