We are currently recruiting for 3 hardworking and reliable Production Operatives / FLT Drivers to join a growing team based at Sheerness Docks. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, full training, career progression, and overtime opportunities.

Location Information:
1. Based in Sheerness, Kent
2. Full training provided at the Canterbury depot (first few weeks – travel required)
3. Immediate start available
Working Hours:
Hours are worked on a rota basis between:
06:00 – 18:00
Candidates must be flexible to cover 8.5-hour shifts within these operating hours.
Overtime is regularly available and paid at an enhanced hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Moving products safely to storage locations on-site
5. Reloading products onto HGV vehicles for delivery
6. Unloading shipping containers and handling goods within the docks
7. Operating FLTs and side loaders safely and efficiently
8. Working within a busy production and logistics environment
9. Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Full side-loader training will be provided for suitable candidates.
What We’re Looking For
10. Minimum 6 months’ FLT experience
11. Valid FLT certification/evidence of training essential
12. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
13. Comfortable with physical and hands-on work
14. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
15. Willingness to undertake further training
Due to site requirements:
16. A drug and alcohol test will be required during onboarding
17. Candidates must have no criminal conviction
