About the Role We are recruiting experienced Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Engineers to join the maintenance team operating at Gatwick Airport. This is a hands-on, technically varied role focused on the maintenance, repair, and servicing of airside vehicles and equipment used across daily airport operations. The position offers long-term stability, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment supporting some of the UK's busiest airports. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair a range of airport GSE, including tugs, belt loaders, pushbacks, and other airside vehicles. Carry out mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and fault diagnostics. Diagnose and repair faults across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical (12/24V), and mechanical systems. Complete all job documentation, service reports, and maintenance records accurately. Liaise with internal teams, supervisors, and customers to ensure high service standards are met. Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, airside rules, and company compliance procedures.
