This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a generalist HR role, with responsibilities spanning across employee relations, training, policy maintenance, projects, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: * Provide HR support across the business, including advising on employee relations matters and managing casework (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, and performance management). * Contribute to the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression. * Assist in the design and implementation of reward and recognition programmes. * Manage HR projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively and on time. * Support the administration of end-to-end HR processes * Assist in the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. * Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement strategies and improve workplace culture. About You: * Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a medium-sized business. * Strong employee relations skills, with experience handling sensitive issues in a fair and supportive manner. * A good understanding of HR processes, policies, and relevant employment legislation. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across various HR functions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. * Proactive and solution-oriented with a keen interest in HR projects and employee development
