Join us in making Protect Line not just a place to work, but a community to belong to.What will you be doing?Work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at transforming business operations, systems and processesEnsure changes align with our overall vision mission and strategic objectivesLead efforts to identify, plan and implement initiatives needed to promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, diversity and inclusionEngage with various stakeholders including Board members, employees and external partners to gain buy in and support for transformation initiativesBe responsible for the change management process linked to the required transformational changes and cultural shifts; working collaboratively with the Business Change team, where appropriate, to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and well receivedSupport to promote a culture of change, by managing resistance and addressing concerns in a way that harbours collaboration and understanding Design and deliver training and development programs that support the transformation agenda and cultural change, to help employees develop the skills and mind-set necessary for a changing environmentConduct regular assessments of initiatives to understand their effectiveness and to make necessary adjustments Clearly articulate the reasons driving transformation & cultural change, and the benefits that these changes will bringEnsure all transformational change aligns with our regulatory obligations We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in a similar role or has a background of Change and/ or Project management with a proven track recordA proactive self-starter who is capable of independently identifying and pursuing opportunities and can work autonomouslyAn agile thinker and flexible in both approach and thinkingA strong communicator, with exceptional ability to engage and relate with individuals at all levels Solutions orientated with the ability to be creative and promote a positive change cultureConfident in presenting ideas and initiatives, with the ability to captivate an audienceStructured and organised with the ability to juggle a varied workload and number of different priorities At Protect Line, we value our staff.
