Marketing Executive + £35-40k + 1/2 days WFH + 30 days (inc BH)

Our client, based in Speke, is a dynamic and innovative distribution company delivering high-quality solutions to a diverse range of industries. With a strong focus on growth, teamwork and excellence, they are looking for a Marketing Executive to help drive their brand forward and support business development initiatives.

Marketing Executive Role Purpose:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the company's marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels, while ensuring all creative output maintains a strong and consistent brand identity.

The role combines marketing coordination, digital marketing execution, campaign management and graphic design support. The Marketing Executive will manage campaigns, support website and digital activity, generate and track leads, maintain the marketing database and produce marketing materials including catalogues, flyers, digital assets and social media content. Working closely with the Managing Director, sales team, web developers and external suppliers, the Marketing Executive ensures marketing initiatives are delivered on time and support the company's growth objectives.

Marketing Executive role priorities:

Coordinate marketing campaigns - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels according to the marketing calendar.

Support digital marketing & website performance - Manage website content, SEO coordination and online campaigns to drive web sales and engagement.

Manage lead generation & database growth - Monitor lead sources, maintain CRM data quality and ensure leads are delivered to the sales team quickly.

Produce Creative Marketing Materials - Design and deliver marketing materials including catalogues, flyers, website graphics and social media assets.

Track Marketing Performance - Monitor marketing KPI's and produce reports on campaign performance, web sales and digital activity.

Campaign Coordination:

* Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and print channels

* Maintain and update the marketing calendar

* Ensure marketing materials are delivered ontime

* Support promotional campaigns and special offers

Digital marketing and website:

* Work with web developers to manage website updates and improvements

* Monitor web sales performance and customer journey

* Track abandoned baskets and conversion opportunities

* Coordinate SEO improvements and digital optimisation

* Ensure website content, products and imagery are kept upto date

Graphic Design and creative content

* Digital marketing materials include: Product catalogues, promotional flyers and brochures, Social media graphics, Email marketing campaigns, Website banners and visual content

* Produce product photography for marketing use

* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Catalogue & Print Production

* Coordinate the design and production of the company catalogue

* Work with internal teams to gather product information and pricing

* Liaise with printing vendors and mailing companies

* Ensure print materials are delivered on schedule

Social Media and Content Creation

* Create and schedule social media content

* Produce visual content for campaigns and promotions

* Support video or photography content when required

Supplier and Agency Coordination

* Work with external suppliers including: Printers, mailing houses, web developers, SEO agencies

* Provide clear briefs and coordinate project delivery

Reporting and Marketing Performance

* Produce weekly KPI reports

* Track marketing campaign performance

* Analyse digital performance including web traffic and lead generation

* Provide insights to support future marketing activity

Skills & Experience

Experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing

Strong graphic design skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience managing websites and digital content

Understanding of SEO and digital marketing tools

Experience working with CRM systems and marketing databases

Strong organisational and project management skills

Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams
