This exciting full time opportunity offers sponsorship for flight instructors looking to expand their qualifications and advance their careers in aviation education.
* Provide comprehensive flight instruction to trainees pursuing licenses and ratings
* Maintain accurate training records and trainee progress reports in compliance with aviation authority regulations
* Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance personal qualifications and ratings
* Perform pre-flight and post-flight briefings, emphasising critical learning points and areas for improvement
* Uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism
Qualifications
* Hold a current Unrestricted Flight Instructor Certificate
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education and safety
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to trainees
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
* Previous experience as a flight instructor is preferred but not required
