What Were Looking For *Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement Equality Act 2010) Full, valid UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle with business insurance Right to work in the UK (no CoS available) Must live locally to Southampton area Kind, dependable, and patient individuals Willingness to work weekends and/or early mornings No previous care experience required full training provided. Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or domiciliary care is advantageous but not essential.
