Our apprenticeship gives people of all ages a chance to start an exciting career while earning a full-time wage. This role involves duties such as booking customers for eye tests, pre-screening, and recommending suitable frames. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great customer service and would like to pursue a career in optics.
Responsibilities
* By giving customers top-notch advice (as well as a warm welcome to the store)
* Booking in eye tests
* Pre-screening patients and measuring frames
* Ensuring the operation runs smoothly by identifying and addressing small problems that crop up
