We are now seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team at Bicester Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring joy to every cup and create memorable moments for our guests.
This a full time work with 40 hours per week across 5 working days.

What You’ll Do:
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and food options to the highest standards
* Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism - Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and allergen procedures
* Support stock control, replenishment, and visual presentation of the café area - Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a barista or waiter role within a premium or high-volume environment
* A passion for coffee, tea, and delivering outstanding service
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced setting
* Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
