VACANCYRole: PPE SALES MANAGERLocation: Kettering, NN16 8SDSalary: DOE*Hours: 37.5hrs per weekRef: 34/26*salary discussed at interviewWe have a full-time vacancy for a PPE Sales Manager to support PPE Sales.About The DepartmentThe department is responsible for maintaining and increasing SATRAs global membership base along with driving sales of SATRAs many services.About The RoleAs PPE Sales Manager, you will be required to grow the customer base and overall revenue across the PPE & Chemistry divisions through driving new clients and regaining lapsed clients.You will be required to carry out the following:Design and implement a commercial strategyfor PPE, driving new business acrossPPE Testing, Certification and ChemistryWork closely with the core departments within the PPE divisionsIncrease sales of all SATRAPPEservices,including:PPE testing & certificationand Chemistry testingUndertake regular visits anddevelop a contact plan for key customers.Developstrategic newtargets across allPPE serviceareasDevelop and execute strategic account plans for key PPE customers,identifyinggrowth opportunities, stakeholder relationships, competitivethreatsand long-term partnership opportunities.Developand maximise cross-divisional opportunities within PPE customer accounts, working with other SATRA business areas to increase customer value and revenue growth.Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, industrytrendsand competitor activity within the PPE sector, sharing insight to support commercial and operational decision making.Organise events targetedat Membersand potential customers.Support planning and arrange meetings for exhibitions.Maintainaccurateopportunity,accountand forecasting information within company CRM systems.Conduct customer visits andmaintainclear records of opportunities,actionsand account developments through agreed reporting processes.About YouEssentialDemonstratable experience of designing and implementing a commercial strategyDemonstrable experience ofsellingtesting and certificationinto the PPEmarketA comprehensive understanding and empathy with different and varied industries and a good understanding of thePPE compliance process, including testing & certification requirementsStrong interpersonal skillsExperience in setting strategy, tactics and measurable targets/KPIs to check on progressExperiencedresults drivensales& marketingbackgroundExcellent time management and organisational skills must be self-motivatedGood verbal and written communication skills and able to build relationships with both customers and colleaguesMust be confident meeting face to face with all levels of managementEnglish language skillsExperienced and comfortable with international travel, occasionally over weekends.Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams / Zoom,PowerPointand delivering presentations / webinarsHold a full driving licenceDesirableExperience of working in a testing-based environment would be an advantageExperience of organising and delivering eventsExperience of overseas travelExperience of usingsocialmedia platformsBenefits IncludeStaff benefits include 25 30 days (service related) annual leave; life assurance; a group personal pension plan; income protection; free parking; flexible working hours.Closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 19 th June 2026TPBN1_UKTJ
