The role of Fleet Coordinator will include:
1. Ordering vehicles and hire vehicles, chasing updates and booking deliveries
2. Maintaining all fleet data using the Groups fleet management system
3. Carrying out administrative tasks for circa 3,000 drivers, ensuring compliance at all times
4. Building strong working relationships with customers by helping to resolve fleet queries in a timely fashion, providing excellent customer service at all times
5. Helping to improve processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiency within the team.
6. Inputting and maintaining accurate employee and fleet records concerning relevant documentation and licence requirements
Skills and experiences:
7. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
8. Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as required
9. Attention to detail is key for this role as is the accuracy of information supplied
10. A positive and flexible attitude to work being reliable and punctual
11. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

24. Role salary is £24,832 per annum (rising to £26,139 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
