Job Description Production Sales Administrator Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Sales Administrator to join our team to support the seamless execution of production and sales activities. This is a multifaceted role that bridges production administration, office support, and sales administration tasks, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and operations between departments. Benefits Competitive salary - up to £30K for the right experience LOVELY 4.5 day working week - hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and half a day on a Friday with a finish of 1pm Free parking Pension scheme Responsibilities Sales and Manufacturing order processing Handling sales queries, within the defined scope of the role Administration of the Companies MRP system within the scope of the sales and Manufacturing function Preparation of the manufacturing documentation for the scheduled manufacturing loads. Ordering materials for manufacturing. Assisting in the provision of CAD/CAM information to the manufacturing function. Coordinate production schedules and ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Accurately track and update production workflows, inventory, and reports. Communicate with production teams to manage any changes or issues that arise during the production cycle. Coordinate schedules between production and sales to address current priorities and resolve conflicts. Update inventory and production dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for all departments. Qualifications Proven experience in Production Administration, Office Support, or Sales Administration roles. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen understanding of prioritizing tasks. Familiarity with inventory management or production scheduling tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as ERP systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
