An inclusive all-through secondary school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking an experienced and passionate SENDCo to join its leadership team. The successful SENDCo will play a key role in shaping provision, driving inclusion, and ensuring every student achieves their full potential.
As a SENDCo, you will lead and manage the SEN provision across the school, working closely with staff, students, and parents. The SENDCo will be responsible for overseeing EHCPs, coordinating interventions, and ensuring high-quality teaching and support for all learners.
