M/E/I Supervisor Lead maintenance teams and support reliable plant performance Wolviston Management Services is proud to be working in partnership with Tioxide to recruit an M/E/I Supervisor for their Greatham site. This is a key maintenance leadership role where you will lead the plant Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument technician team in the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the weekly maintenance plan. You will support priorities, remove blockers, monitor progress and help ensure maintenance work is delivered safely, on time and to the right standard. You will work closely with the Area Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager and plant teams to maintain performance, support continuous improvement and develop technician capability. What you’ll be doing You will: * Lead delivery of the weekly maintenance plan in line with area requirements. * Ensure priorities are clearly defined, agreed and delivered against targets. * Control and direct maintenance activities within the plant area. * Ensure work meets legislative, group and site safety, engineering and quality standards. * Use short interval control to support technicians, remove blockers and resolve issues quickly. * Maintain good industrial relations, discipline, timekeeping and performance. * Ensure work is delivered to a high standard and within scheduled completion dates. * Lead and motivate team members in continuous improvement and maintenance excellence. * Evaluate training and skill development needs within the technician team. * Provide up-to-date progress reports and KPIs on mechanical activities. * Promote a positive, values-led culture focused on safety, performance and high standards. Candidate requirements We welcome applications from people who have: * Supervisory qualifications to NVQ Level 3/4, or equivalent front-line management experience. * Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing, chemical, process or another industrial environment. * A strong mechanical equipment background, including valves, rotating equipment and conveying systems. * The ability to read engineering drawings and communicate technical information clearly to the shopfloor. * Experience delivering planned maintenance, resolving blockers and supporting work execution. * Strong leadership, communication and people management skills. * The ability to monitor performance using KPIs and support continuous improvement. * A practical, safety-focused and collaborative approach. * A commitment to inclusion, high standards and values-led behaviours.
