Impact Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Extrusion Operator to join one of our clients on a permanent basis.

Role: Extrusion Operator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Location: Northampton
Salary: £35,000
Duties:
* Safely operate extrusion and pelletising machinery in line with company procedures
* Load extrusion machines and remove finished products
* Set and adjust machine controls, including start-up and shutdown procedures
* Monitor production output and machine performance
* Identify, record, and report defects, non-conformances, and production failures
* Complete production reporting, including extrusion run times and material output
* Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
* Complete check sheets and defect reporting documentation
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience with setting and operating extruders
* Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
