Lead Generation Specialist – No Cold Calling
Location: Pool-in-Wharfedale, Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: £24,000 starting salary, rising to £25,000 after probation and £26,000 after 12 months of target achievement + uncapped commission (realistic £12,000 OTE)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Making high‑volume outbound calls to warm leads, qualifying prospects and booking them in with the relevant advisor.
* Conducting consultative conversations to understand customer needs and match them with the right service.
* Managing expectations and ensuring a smooth customer journey from first contact to appointment.
* Handling objections professionally and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell.
* Building strong, trust‑based relationships with both B2C and B2B clients.
What You’ll Need
* Confidence, enthusiasm, and motivation to achieve targets.
* Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
* Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, recruitment, financial services, debt recovery, estate agency, or another phone‑based sales environment.
* A proactive, resilient attitude and willingness to learn.
* A genuine interest in progressing your career within a supportive team.
