About the Role:
We are looking for a Full Stack AI Developer. We need you to focus on developing and enhancing the AivaRevolution platform using a variety of tools. Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python for our AI-driven recruitment platform. - Work on full-stack projects with modern technologies, solve complex technical challenges, optimise system performance, and roll out new features.
Alignment with our product and design teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences will be an essential ingredient towards success. You will also contribute to and influence technical decisions and participate in architectural discussions. While contributing to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes.

Created by Alastair Winsey, AIVA combines real-world hospitality experience with advanced AI to deliver seamless, scalable automation that feels human. The platform manages guest conversations, bookings, payments, reminders, and more, all in the venue’s tone of voice and brand. AIVA enhances guest experiences, reduces administrative tasks, and improves commercial performance with real-time metrics and seamless integrations.
What will you bring?
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Proven track record with Python backend development, APIs, and scalable services. Excellent spoken and written English is essential. A proven and demonstrable record of shipping high-quality production code in agile environments is vital.

Location and Non-Negotiables
English Language is essential, and ideally 2-3 year's experience is desirable.
Preferred locations include Manchester, Oxford, Newcastle, Leeds, Bristol. We will always consider exceptional candidates from other locations in the UK.
Qualifications and Skills
* Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks skills
* Strong foundation in Computer Science
* Experience in Software Development
* Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in the hospitality industry or AI automation is a plus
* Frontend: React, TypeScript
* Backend: Python, Node.js
* Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or similar)
* Infrastructure: AWS (or other cloud providers)
* Tools: Git, AWS Serverless (and why don’t you tell me what you use, I can learn too)
* CI/CD pipelines - AI: Prompt engineering, API integrations, AI model-powered feature development
* AI: Gemini, OpenAI, Co-Pilot, Claude (expertise in some or all desirable)
