A warm and approachable family is seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to care for their two children, aged 3 and 7 years.
Duties are purely childcare‑focused and will include supporting the children’s daily routines, preparing them for school and nursery in the mornings, and assisting with drop‑offs and collections. The role will involve creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where the children can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
The successful nanny will plan engaging activities both at home and outdoors, including playtime, walks in nature, attending local groups, arranging outings, and encouraging socialisation and confidence‑building. During the school holidays the nanny will also support more structured learning activities and organise fun trips and activities.
Additional responsibilities include preparing healthy meals for the children, supporting homework and downtime after school, and, on occasion, overseeing bath and bedtime routines. The family is looking for a kind, calm, and comforting presence who will become a valued part of the children’s lives.
The successful candidate must be a careful and confident driver, holding a full clean driving licence. Use of a vehicle during working hours may be available by negotiation.
