What You’ll Do
* Conduct pre‑sales product demonstrations, showcasing N‑able’s capabilities and benefits to prospective partners.
* Manage prospect requirements by understanding their unique needs and providing technical assistance throughout the sales process.
* Lead trial orientations and walkthroughs, highlighting N‑able’s strengths to help partners make informed decisions.
* Perform competitive analysis and market research, staying up‑to‑date with trends to understand competitor strengths.
* Collaborate with partners to assess and address client requirements during product deployment, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Offer best‑practice design and configuration guidance to partners deploying N‑able products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
Technical Expertise
* Considerable experience in pre‑sales engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection concepts and industry knowledge.
* Ability to design and articulate solution architectures that align with customer environments and objectives.
Sales Engineering Skills
* Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and technical presentations.
* Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through demos, trade show engagements, and onsite training.
* Experience leading POVs or technical evaluations with measurable outcomes.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑engagement skills.
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and build strong, trusted relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with MSPs, VARs, or channel‑driven sales motions.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills to build rapport and trust with partners.
* Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects efficiently to meet specific deadlines.
* Capability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment and work autonomously, demonstrating nimbleness and proactive problem‑solving.
* Experience in RMM, UEM, vulnerability, or patching solutions is desirable.
