Working days:
As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday
Our client is offering the successfulSales Progressor:
* Circa basic salary of £25,000
* Realistic OTE of £32,000
* Ongoing training & support
* Free Parking
As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:
* Liaising with the buyer, seller, and other parties in the chain.
* Completion of property information
* Chasing enquires raised
* Dealing with additional actions your buyers will need to take
* Chasing Exchange of contracts
* Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
* Guide clients throughout the process of the sale
* Provide excellent customer service
* Chase paperwork
To be considered for the role of a Sales Progressor, you must have:
* Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
* A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Ability to progress Property sales through to completion
* Experience in Sales Progression / Conveyancing
