Our clients in Sutton are looking for a passionate and experienced level 2 or aboveNursery practitioner to join their lovely very busy Nursery. On great transport links, working a 40 hr week, covering 4 or 5 days, salary is c£28k with fantastic benefits, including monthly bonuses, and opportunities for further qualifications and career progression
Requirements
What are Clients are looking for
Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ideal Nursery Practitioner Candidate
Passionate about early years and children’s development
Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
