As a Deputy General Manager, you will:
Be yourself!
Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests feedback and surveys
Lead from the front and get stuck in
youre the face of the hotel operation!
Regularly inspect rooms to ensure our product is to brand standard
Mentor team members in your hotel, who are undertaking in-house Learning & Development programmes in support of their career
Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
Host weekly operations meetings to discuss events and groups
youll liaise with the Meetings & Events team to ensure your hotel is ready to deliver!
