We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join a fun and family-oriented business that values its people. We are recruiting a Commis Chef/Cook to join our Catering team in the Moira/Lurgan area.

Responsibilities
* Produce great-tasting food, challenge standards, and ensure quality and consistency to company and brand specifications.
* Ensure the food service achieves maximum efficiency and a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.
* Work with the General Manager to review menu costings and plan for seasonal business fluctuations.
* Ensure all bookwork is completed within agreed timescales and company requirements.
* Adhere to HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety legislation at all times.
* Promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.

* Basic statutory training and ability to read, write, speak and listen to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis.
